About the platform.
Is the platform built by Air Grid or off-the-shelf?
Built in-house. We don't depend on an outside vendor, so the roadmap answers directly to what owners need — not what makes sense for a generic SaaS.
Who has access to my aircraft's data?
You decide. The owner has full access. Authorized people (partners, managers, spouse, accountant) sign in with specific roles and granular permissions. Access logs are available.
What if I cancel the contract? Do I keep my data?
Yes, and in open format (CSV, PDF, JSON). Standard contract clause: on termination, we export the full financial and technical history within 7 business days.
Where does the data live?
On Brazilian servers, in compliance with LGPD. Encrypted, redundant backup. Platform access always over HTTPS, two-factor authentication required.
Can I use just the app without full management?
Today the platform is part of the management contract — because it only makes sense if we also feed the data for you. We're evaluating an "Air Grid Lite" version with tracking + documents only. If interested, mention it in the contact form.
Does it work offline?
Local cache of last positions, documents and recent KPIs. When you regain signal, it syncs automatically.
