Why it matters
The industry runs on opacity. We refuse to operate that way.
Business aviation is already expensive enough. Adding distrust to the bill is unacceptable. But that's exactly what the industry has been doing for decades: you sign a contract, pay, fly, and get a PDF report at month's end with numbers you can't verify.
'Air Grid commission' shows up as a single line on the invoice — but inside it there's a management fee, fuel commission, hangar markup, charter commission. Everything bundled, everything opaque. It's the part of the industry that bothers us most.
Air Grid was founded around the opposite: every cent, every decision, every margin visible. You know what we pay for fuel and what we charge. The real cost of hangaring and our markup on top. No mystery. No 'magic'.

Each commitment below is in the contract. It's not 'intent', it's a clause.
Clear reports
Owner's language, not manager jargon. Readable charts, explained numbers, context for each metric. Can be read over coffee.
Direct communication
CEO's WhatsApp in your contacts. No 'open ticket on the portal', no management filter. Reply from who decides, at text-message speed.
Segregated account
Your aircraft has its own bank account, in your name or operation's name, but <strong>separate</strong> from Air Grid's operation. You see the statement. You're the holder.
In practice, this means
Contractual rights. Not 'goodwill'.
Client rights
- Free audit of the operation at any time (including unannounced)
- Access to all Air Grid contracts with your aircraft's suppliers
- Right to refuse recommended supplier and indicate another
- Full refund in 30 days if you decide to leave
